#1.Felt is unfavorable to wash, it will shed wool when washing.It is better to send to the professional dry cleaner to clean ,but can’t be frequent, once a year will be best .
#2.when the hat surface has dust ,please use adhesive tape or brush to remove it .
#3.When the hast has dirt , please smear few dry cleaners on the dirty place,and brush it lightly ,air naturally ,so that the hat is not easy to cause deformation .
#4.when the hat has deformation ,please steam the hat deformation , and air naturally ,then put it in the box to avoid squeezing ,going moldy and discoloring .

The samples will be ready in 7-10days, and the mass will be 25-35 days after the sampler approved.
Do you inspect the finished products?
Yes,we have QC on line during production and the final inspection,the salesman who take charge of the order will also do the inspection after the goods ready to avoid any detailed mistakes.
How do you ship the finished products?
According to our experiences. If order quantity is less than 50pcs, the total volume is less than 1CBM, courier such as EMS DHL UPS FEDEX is suggested. If you order bulk quantity, Delivery bysea or air is available.
